Okay, so me and my bf been having sex since June, and since we been having sex my period date keeps getting pushed back (is this normal?), Like, back in June I was coming on around the 25, then in July it was like the 28, then Aug, like the 30, then Sep, I think I came on the 2nd, And so forth?? This has never happened to me until me and him started having sex, and he is my first so I wouldn't have any past experience if it is normal or not. Okay and about being pregnant, I was supposed to get my period the 5th because that's when I got it last month, today is the 9th but nothing, (and like I said my cycle has been changing like crazy, so I don't know), but I get this feeling like I'm about to come on, and I check and it's just clear discharge. Please help, I don't know, Sorry for the long question, just need help. Thanks in advance

Okay for one, yes I'm grown; I work and am financially able to have a child. And two I do want to have a child, the "please help" is excitement in a hopeful sense that this time I just might be pregnant, got it? As far as the stress thing, it could be true because I do tend to stress alot, over nothing, I don't know I've always been like this, the littlest thing stresses me out, I just don't know what to do.

I see why the questions about my age, not likely for someone to be grown and just started having sex in June, not likely at all in these times. smh

Okay, first things first, don't panic! The more you do, the more you stress and that's a no-no if you are pregnant! Now, get a test, if you're 4 days late any pregnancy test will do. If the results come back negative go see a doctor. As far as the discharge, it's natural, all woman discharge, you don't have to worry until it's a dark brownish color and has a bad smell. Just be come and patience when the time is right, I'm almost positive you will know. I myself am trying to have a baby, and we haven't been successful "yet", but I'm not letting it stress me out, the more you stress the harder it will be you have a child, and the later your period will come. But I do not believe having sex can push your date back, but talk to your doctor about that to. And good luck, I hope everything works out for you the way you want it to, God bless!!

Okay, so clearly you don't want to be pregnant. You don't say if you are using any form of birth control. You need to be if you are not because you definitely will get pregnant eventually without birth control. I recommend that you see your doctor and get birth control pills or the Depo Provera injection. Don't rely on condoms because they can break.

There really is no reason that sexual activity would make your periods irregular. Many factors can go into that. If you are concerned you are pregnant your doctor can do a blood test that is more sensitive and accurate than any home pregnancy test. Please, talk to you doctor or make an appointment at a Planned Parenthood Clinic as soon as possible. If you are pregnant you want to know as soon as possible so you have time to consider all your options.

First, don't panic. The most accurate way to check your dates is to count the days (28 for most normal cycles). If your period is two weeks late (since your cycle is relatively predictable), take a pregnancy test. Early detection of a pregnancy will get you and the baby off to the best start.
There are many things that can cause your cycle to fluctuate, stress being one, age, exercise, eating habits, etc.

Your period can be late because you are stressing about when you are going to get it. Stress can delay your period. Relax and wait a few days. If you do not get your period take a test or go to the doctor. If you are not pregnant(and not ready to be) go to your doctor and ask about birth control methods like the pill or other methods! Hope this helps! Just relax!

Take a Pregnancy test. Then go and talk to your Doctor and give them a Urine sample, just to double check. Home Pregnancy tests are not always 100% accurate.
All the best...

Some of us have longer circle than other, about 40 days.So don't be panic, just wait and see what will happen. Being worried about it all the time makes you think that you're pregnant!!! God bless you
