Take the Blue Line subway. Entrances are on Dearborn which is about 5 blocks east of Union Station. It's obvious which trains are headed to Ohare. Cost is $2. I think this is a great way to go, even if money is no object. A cab is about $38 and will be no faster.

The easiest way is to take bus 151 northbound from Canal St. In four minutes, descend at Jackson & Dearborn to catch the Blue Line Train to O'Hare. The whole trip takes about 50-60 minutes. The cost is $4.
