I had a dream about a guy that cheated on me in high school, and that was years ago. I hardly liked him more than a friend, (just gave into his constant asking me out) but it bothered me that he cheated on me, and I dont know if I ever let it go. The thing is, in my dream, we were in a city, and my two cousins that i dont talk to were with me, and he was there riding his bike. He and I were talking, and he went into a coffee shop and put on a mask, and came back out. I hadnt talked to him since it happened (6 years ago) and he wanted to talk about it. he was being the same prick he ever was, and we decided to ditch my cousins and take a walk to talk about it. As soon as we got the chance to take a walk, I woke up. It has always bothered me slightly and caused a lot of self confidence issues, but i dont understand what it means!

you hardly liked him and yet he still got to cheat & have your feelings still a bit hurt. the boy was the factor in teaching you a lesson that you might have missed. do and feel what YOU believe in, not what someone else talks you into. this dream is giving you a past reminder that you learned this lesson, but in the dream he still talks you into ditching family for his needs.while being a "prick" to you. get stronger and more confident from it now! or you will be posting with a real life situation. good luck

I think this is less about the boy and more about how he made you feel. You didn't value him, then he rejected you. That's a double whammy self-confidence wise. Is there someone in your life now that makes you feel rejected or unimportant, yet you let them treat you poorly? You should let the thought of the guy cheating on you go. He didn't appear to be in your league then, and he probably isn't now. Work on issues about your self worth.

I think it might mean you are bottling up the feelings you have about him and trying to mask them. Try talking to a close friend about the situation...or me...
You should NOT let a STUPID BOY cause you this much heartache. After all, it happened in highschool. BOYS are terrible in highschool. They do stupid, mean things to girls and don't care. The unfortuante thing is, we do care. Don't let it get to you, for many reasons.
1. It was in highschool
2. Thousands of boys hurt girls on a daily basis so you're not the only one
3. You will have many more boys to think about
However, you should take the experience with you and let it make you stronger, not weaker. Close your eyes and relax. Say: "I can let it go, he is not important to me"
Trust me, he isn't important.
