the state police in your area have a cybercrimes/cyberterrorisim group you could try to contact them

i just had an incident like this.. I called my local FBI. They refered me back to my local law enforcement to start the incident investigation. If the locals feel it is something then they will contact the FBI for you. If you are not satisfied with the way the local law enforcement handles it, i would then go to State Police. GL!!.... slow process.

Usually your local police department can take care of it, or give you a number to a counter cyberterrorism line

I would call your local police department. Your tax dollars go to that why not ask them?
