Texas has one natural lake - Caddo Lake. Every other one is man made.

My understanding is that every other state has more than one natural lake, especially if you include ephemeral lakes and naturally occurring cisterns such as volcanic craters.

To the best of my knowledge it is Ohio.I have heard there is only man made lakes there in that state.
