If you are in australia a great one is Kaz Cookes Guide to pregnancy, it has week by week with a pregnant womans diary, stuff to do and organise checklists, and is damn funny, but helpful still. I think the problemw ith books though, is that you go oh i should feel quickening this week and then freak out when you dont.

Hmmm... I used "What to Expect When Your Expecting" as more of a reference when I had specific questions. The format was a little annoying to read all the way through. I enjoyed "Your Pregnancy: Week by Week". It was nice because it literally had each week listed separately in easy-to-read chapters. I also enjoyed "The Girlfriend's Guide to Pregnancy" as I believe someone else also suggested. It was funny and interesting, defiantly an attention getter. "Belly Laughs" by Jenny McCarthy was also funny, but not as informative as the others.
