i have just asked a question,how to defrag my computer,thank you for all your help,?

but im still stuck,many say go to the start menue,well i cant find it,whem i turn on my computer it goes to my e-mail,i understand what im being told,i just dont know where to start.

To defrag your computer follow these steps.
1.start
2.programmes
3.accessories
4.system tools
5.disk defragmenter

or you can do the following
1.go to my computer
2.right click any selected partition of you hard drive
3.go to properties
4.and click on the tools tab
5.you will find the defragmenter there.

Lower left corner and click the START button. Select All Programs. Select Accessories then select System Tools then select Disk Defragment. This will bring up the Disk Defragment window.

Your computer willslow as you degragment because this process requires a lot of RAM, some people prefer not using their computers while defragmenting. It is advised but it is not necessary as long as you do not use executable files while defragmenting.

ok follow this on the bottom of the left side of the screen you see *START* click on that then ur see All programs .click on that . then a menu will pop up on screen look in that menu ur see ACCESSORIES , then ur see SYSTEM TOOLS . click on that then look for Disk Defragmenter click on that then ur see on screen

Go in my computer. It wimm say drive c or something like that. Right click on the icon then click on properties. At the top of your window there will be a bunc of Icons and click on the second one. It will then say defrag now in the middle of the box
