by the time you read all these, go find the ingredients (or buy them), put it all together, you could have just gone to the store and purchased St. Ives Apricot Scrub.

U should probably see a dermatologist. But you can also make a great oatmeal, milk and sugar mask.
Combine some non-instant oats, the gritty kind in a bowl, around a 1/4 cup.
Add 5 tablespoons of whole milk, then add 1/3 to 1/2 cup of sugar.
When the mixture is wet, apply to face gently using circular motions.
Let it dry on your face, this takes about 2 hours.
Then rinse off in your kitchen sink, since oats can stop up your bathroom sink.
Then apply a cocoa butter cream to your face.
This is a good mixture because it has natural alpha hydroxy to even skin tone. Sugar exfoliates and oatmeal seals in moisture to skin, and may treat acne if you have it. And cocoa butter is nature's gift for beautiful skin, that is why so many Africans and other tropical people have used it for centuries. Another great thing to use would be shea butter, also African, also a great skin care remedy.
I hope this helps.

I am a firm believer in use what you've got. For dry skin, Olive oil and sugar mixed into a paste make a great natural exfoliator. For oily skin, does mashing up strawberries. the citric acid and the small seeds will gently get the old skin sloughed off. Try it, and see if it'll work for you. For sensitive skin, oats- oatmeal, and honey mixed with milk (not fat free), created into a paste will soothe your skin. Good luck!

Make a paste with coarse cut oatmeal and water and use this to scrub your face. The oatmeal is soothing to the skin but coarse enough to exfoliate.

I have heard that if you mix sugar, honey and a little lemon juice together it makes a great exfoliater...but I've not personally tried it so I don't know how that would affect your skin. Just go to the drug store and buy a scrub. St. Ives Apricot scrub is fabulous. They have a scrub for normal, sensitive or acne prone skin.

You can use sugar or salt mixed with a moisturizer. After scrubbing use a gentle cleanser and pat dry.
