I have written a piece of music that i want to share on my website. How do i get it on my website.?

Its on my server space at www.angelmusicproductions.co.uk. but thats all i can manage to do. when i click on the song title it says that action is forbidden. Help please

did you use the code for the file in yur html code.. and does that website allows downloading of stuff from members pages? And always upload via `FTP' to the proper location on your page as specified by the HTML code
