Im a boy, 13, and people call me gay for being a girlyboy. I like girls, im not attracted to males, i dont wear that much girl clothes. i dont wear bras or anytihng, i dont get why they call me gay. Can you tell me why? Please, no rude comments.

The word gay is being used against you as so many bullies have used this word in the past. As a slam to you male charater. They see you somehow as a guy with femine traights. Perhaps it's your choice of clothing, the pitch of your voice, your chosen hobbies (chior), who knows. These guys are ignorant to the realy meaning of this word and are simply using it to demoralize you.
Being a gay man is somethign to be proud of, god made you this way. If you are not gay and they are callign you this then they are wrong in doing so. However it is doubtful there is anything you can do to prevent it.
I will tip you off to one more thing. Those who tend to call others gay, like they are to you, typically are fighting or hiding that they are secretly gay. Maybe something you should investigate for yourself.
Sorry this is happening to you. You think in today's world it would not be this way.

There is nothing wrong with being a girly boy but you do were girls clothes so that could be why they call you gay.. I personally don't see anything wrong with a guy that wants to look good.. My husband is kinda girly sometimes but he is always clean and thats a good thing

If you are wearing girls clothing then I would say that is probably the reason why. If you have no attraction to guys then I would just ignore it, most people continue talking bad about you it is becasue they know it is bothering you and that is what they are wanting to do. If they don't get to you they will get bored and stop.

People have considerable confusion between homosexuality (preferring other members of the same sex for sex and romance) and transsexuality (thinking you should be members of the other sex yourself, regardless of who you are attracted to sexually).
Wearing women's clothes by preference may indicate some transsexuality (or just some gender bending for fun) but it has nothing to do with who you want to sleep with.
I've never worn a piece of women's clothing in my life -- and I have been with a same sex partner that NONE OF your friends would guess was gay for 15 years as of the 2nd of January. I detest sex wtih women, am not turned on at all by nude girls and find nude guys (as long as they are cute) very alluring.
I have a friend who is transexual, who has never had sex wtih a boi.
It's what you are -- don't let them worry you. If you happen to be sexually attracted exclusively to bois (not emotionally, sexually) then you are gay. If you are attracted sexually exclusively to girls then you are straight. If to both, you are bi. What you wear has nothing to do with it and is meaningless. Goths, for example (and Emos, I think) wear women's clothing sometimes, but most of them are straight -- they are just gentle and thin and they look good in that clothing.
Most of all, be yourself. You are valuable and wonderful and you should be whatever you are -- in clothing, in who you like emotionally, in what you do, and in who you go out with. Don't let anyone else dictate to you -- and don't try to change yourself on anything just to please others.
Be yourself and remember that you are GREAT.

Dude, how much girly clothes do you wear. Why are you asking answers. It is one thing to be metro. But when you wear clothing of the opposite sex we have a problem. That's why the call you gay.

Well, people like to take anything that remotely seems like a gay characteristic and magnify it. If you know you are not gay, that's all that matters. Are you just metrosexual? Show these punks you're not gay by picking up a girlfriend!

I've learned over the years that many people say hurtful things to others just to cover their own blemishes! Be yourself and don't worry about what others say or else you'll spend less time making something out of your own life as you want it to be! I know it's difficult....but stick to your guns!

Know this they call you gay, but God calls you one of his children. Talk to your Father he might help with your questions. He Loves you and wants to have a closer relationship with you.
Also speak to a counselor at the church for help in your questions.

Because people know they can get away with mistreating outsiders. Because people will do pretty much anything to get a leg up on someone in the pecking order, lying, harassment, abuse, pretty much whatever they think they can get away with.
