There are many supplements and techniques that are good for this issue. There are also medications, but those have side effects.

Natural Supplement - " 5-HTP 200mg", which is a serotonin precursor.

A low serotonin level has been linked to PE, that is why doctors prescribed anti-depressants,
5-HTP will boost the serotonin levels naturally.

In general, practise and relaxation is all that is necessary to deal with this problem. Most men can gain better control by learning the "start-stop" or "squeeze" techniques.

Stop and Start method: This involves sexual stimulation until the man recognizes that he is about to ejaculate; the stimulation is then removed for about 30 seconds and then may be resumed. The sequence is repeated until ejaculation is desired.

Squeeze method: This involves sexual stimulation until the man recognizes that he is about to ejaculate; at that point, the man or his partner firmly squeezes the end of the penis (where the tip meets the shaft) for several seconds, withholding further sexual stimulation for about 30 seconds, and then resuming stimulation.

Honey. Take a tablespoon or two and it will soothe a cough. It helps soothe the irritated mucous membranes of the throat. Just don't ever give honey to a child under 1 year old d/t the risk of botulism. P.S. The darker the honey, the better it will work. Good Luck!

Low dose aspirin (81mg) is usually prescribed to prevent thrombosis. Also, garlic clove, oil or pills can help as well. But only as a preventative not as treatment.
