Did his management tajke his addiction to drugs seriously or where they just concerned with making money ?

One of the problems that people around him faced was that all of the substances he was abusing were prescribed by a doctor so they were perfectly legal. At the time, addiction to prescription drugs was not considered a problem to be intervened in. Also, anyone who tried to act would have been removed by Elvis' management who were very busy manipulating him.

But seriously, I hink they did take him to a treatment center for his addiction to fried banana samiches and watching 5 televisions at once.

if i remember correctly.... i saw a documentary type show on him once. i think that people did try to get help for him. unfortunately he wasn't interested in being helped.
