i love workin on computers but i hate languages.. i tried learning it but it was complete waste.. anyways im thinkin of web designin as option but i wanna know what exactly is taught in it...

I do web design myself, it is quite a lot of work sometimes, especially with dynamic pages. Look at the link below for tutorials on web design. I would recommend you learnt (X)html, javascript and PHP.

Designing a web site is nice and well paid career.But it require some skill.There are many companies which you have to know.With a little effort you can understand How to build a web site and these companies provide help not only in building a web but How to host them on internet for search.So no much effort in learning Languages etc. etc.

Web Designing is one of the good opportunity, But definitely you should have programming skills such as PHP, ASP or JSP and so on.. Then only you can survive in the IT market. Doing web design alone using ( Flash, Photoshop etc..) won't help you If you want get better pay or salary.
If you believe that you have good creativity then you concentrate on FLASH with ACTION SCRIPT alone. If you good at Flash with action script (high level) then you can get plenty of jobs..
