Draw a straight line indicating the ground.
At the right end of the line draw a line straight up indicating the streetlight. Call the point on the ground where the streetlight pole is located A.

Now name a point on the groundline 10 meters from the point A as point B.At point B draw a line straight up (vertical) two meters long ending at point C.This line represents Lois's height.

Now continue the straight ground line another 4 meters to the left to the point D. This represents Lois's shadow.

Now draw a line from D through C and extend it until it meets the
vertical streetlight pole line at point E.

You should now have a triangle ADE and another triangle BDC. These two triangles are similar and therefore their corresponding sides are proportional.

Therefore AD/BD = AE /BC
So 14/4=AE/2
AE = 28/4 = 7meters = height of street light pole

In words, the distance from the where the streetlight pole hits the ground is to the lenngth of the shadow as the height of the streetlight pole is to lois's height.
