It really depends on the situation. If I'm making a tough decision, then some of my family members voices pop into my mind. But, if it's just whether or not to get pizza or a stay at home, mine does just fine....haha!!

Combination of both. When I look at a brownie that looks really yummy, my voice says... no don't eat that you'll get fat.
When I look at a great opportunity that I need to take but I'm scared to pursue I hear my Grandmothers voice saying,"You can do anything in this world if you only try."
So I think it's a combination of past experiences and memories that form voices or thoughts in our heads that aid us in making the most sound decision.

Not sure. It isn't an actual voice. Like I don't literally hear myself or anyone else saying it. The words or ideas just appear in my mind. With no particular person's voice. Though I suppose my negative voice is my mother...

It is an interesting question.

Self-reproach or teleological thinking is necessarily my voice. When I have been given a directive or a suggestion, I suppose the recollection of that voice and its constructs is what reverberate in the head.

Well,in my head there's always a conversation going on between the adult side(Rational) and the child side(Irrational). The Man in me tells me to be careful, think things through and be responsible. The little boy in me wants to go headlong into danger and wants to play.
When I'm in doubt I usually listen to the adult side.
Of course, both of these sides are me.They are just two sides of my personality.

My own. It's easy to take a step back and think logically and objectively about any situation. You just have to do it, that's all.

my own, I will ask others to help, but ultimately only you can make your decisions. asking others to make them for you leads to dependence.
