Pouring your cold coffee into the plant should have very little ill effect on the plant as long as there is no milk etc in the coffee. I
use coffee grounds mixed in the dirt when i plant flowers & shrubs....

Should'nt do too much harm if its just a little bit of coffee. Add the coffee grounds to the plant aswell. This acts as good fertiliser.

No, in fact this is a good fertilizing technique; BUT: the plant has to be an acid-loving plant, like a conifer. If you don't know the name, try taking it to a flower shop for advice.

It might--gotta know what the plant is. Coffee is acidic, if the plant is not acid tolerant, then adding coffee to its soil can harm it. On the other hand if its acid-loving, like an Azalea is, it won't hurt it at all.

Coffee acts as a fertilizer. Put your coffee grounds on it also.
