The road is pretty easy. You basically take the coastal road south to reach Goa from Mumbai. Of course, you have to go north in the beginning to get out of the Mumbai Island. So you have to go to Kurla then Thane. At Thane, you turn south to the coastal road. The towns you are going to pass are Panvel, Pen, Mangaon, Mahad, Khed, Chiplun, Rajapur, Kudal, Vengurla, Mapuca and Panaji. At Panaji, you turn east for Goa.

Travelling Mumbai to Goa is easy way to move When you start travel from Mumbai then you get cities firstly Pune secondly you reach to Satra, then Kholapur after that you need to move Belgaum after that you finally reach to Pune. Use NH17 or for better driving comfort drive from Mumbai to Pune using the expressway and from Pune use the NH4 to Bangalore and cut in between Kohapur to Pune via Amboli to reach Goa. There is no website providing details such as Yahoo maps which I am aware of. A practical suggestion would ask someone or check the road signboards as you drive.
