Look at these steps .. May be with them you can fix your HP Printer Problems

1. Check that the printer is turned on and it is connected to the computer properly.

2. Also, verify the both ends of the cable are attached correctly or not. If you are having a wireless connection, check that the printer and the system are both accessing the same network.
3. Turn the printer off and wait for 10 seconds, and then start it back.

4. Hit on the ‘Start’ button located on the screen bottom left corner, and then click on the ‘Devices and Printers’, by following the printer icon to select the printing option.

5. If you found something wrong, click on the ‘Printer’ option and highlight the ‘Cancel All Documents’ option. Now, you need to re-send the documents to the printer.

6. Turn off and restart the print spooler. It could be complicated for you if you are not a tech-savvy user, then you can access the instant HP Customer service to know how to perform it.

7. Turn off the printer and computer simultaneously, and then restart both of the devices subsequently.

8. Check the feed tray manually to confirm that you are not trying to print the paper size which is different from the default printer size. If it is found, then extract out of the tray.

9. Uninstall the printer, unplug the printer cable from the system back side, and then re-install it to fix all the issues quickly.

The print spool is being choked by a job which has been sent by the administrator of your network.. only he can delete that spool.. once he does that, your job should print.. basically your job is in queue and will print only after the administrators job will print.. and the administrators job is stuck up due to some error.. contact the administrator

Hi. Try disconnecting the cables from the printer and reboot. Then connect the cables and reboot again. This sometimes works.
