In short all the players are collectively responsible for the pathetic performance. What is the need of the hour is to make the players aware that their payment will depend upon their performance and if they have to earn well, they have to peform well. No player should take their payment for granted irrespective of their performance. If such a situation is created, things will automatically be improved.
