Hi the only way you would know if you have a fracture or not is to go to your nearest A/E.you will be seen by one off the Drs they will fully examine you leg and ankle and would send you for a x-ray,them they will decide whats the best treatment for you.Fractures and sprains can both be very painful, also you get alot off swelling and bruising too.You can still walk with a fracture but it would be very uncomfortable and painful.Get your self to the A/E and get seen soon as you may off done a serious injury and this will cause you alot off problems.Good Luck

Well this is gonna be sore but if you examine the injured foot and comp-are it to the other you should have a pretty good indication. Can you put pressure on it? Did you hear any crack when you fell???????? Also can you hear the bones grinding against one another?????/ Thats another sign that its broken. But also stay off it. Apply RICE treatment. Thats Rest Ice Compression and Elevation. Put a bandage around it but put cotton wool under the bandage that way if it swells the cotton wool will allow it to expand and you won't lose circulation. But if have any doubts or answer yes to any of the questions get yourself to the E.R.

I think that you need to go to the doctor if you haven't already. You may possibly have a broken bone inside that can only be detected by x-rays...

The only way you can tell if it is broken is to get an x-ray. Even experienced doctors will tell you that!

It may be broken, but it may just be very badly bruised. Get it checked out soon.

You should see a doctor, but i say you wouldn't be able to walk on it also keep it up and put ice on it, it may be a pulled ligament or just sprained!

If you can walk on it-even though it's very painful-then it's probably not broken. Just to make sure you should get it xrayed if it hurts that bad.
