Many lesbians do not use strap-ons or even enjoy penetration so it simply isn't the case as many have suggested that we "all love a bit of c**k". Enjoying the feeling of penetration is not the same as wanting to have sex with a man the main difference being that there is not a man at the end of a strap-on. It really doesn't defeat the object as you say because the whole point is that you are still having sex with a woman and can do things together you couldn't do with a man because he would be lacking a few essential bits and pieces. I wonder why men often assume that there is something lacking in a woman and so deduce that lesbians make up for this with strap-ons...do they not consider that they may be lacking in a few departments?

Sexual orientation has nothing to do with certain sex acts. About the only sex acts that can truly be aligned with a sexual orientation is the performance of oral sex on someone else. Even that . . .

Lots of straight men have their women 'peg' them with strap-ons-and they aren't gay. They don't want men at all. Same thing with lesbians. They don't want men, but they do enjoy penetration, and possibly giving pleasure to their lover by means of it. That's all- a strap-on does not equal a penis stand-in, it's a toy.

No, because it's strapped on to a woman you love and can be taken off. You get the "penis" without the man, which is ideal for some women on some occasions. A woman using a strap-on still looks like a woman; she just has a blatantly fake plastic thing that sort of looks like a penis strapped on. (Ours are in colors like purple and glitter blue; if I saw a penis in those colors, I'd run away screaming! :-) Women who use it don't want to be men or look like men. My favorite feature when I use it--and it's not all or even most of the time--is that it leaves me with two hands free. The straps also rub against a woman's clitoris when she moves, which gratifies the driver as well as the other partner.

Da Ben Dan got it right, too--men can use their hands and go under the basement, which are other fun activities that women can do with each other. Now, are they acting lesbian or trying to be women? Or are they just having fun?

I understand why lesbians wear strap-ons but surely that's just being greedy :0) Mind you nothing wrong with having the best of both worlds I guess!

There is a subset of lesbians that do not use strap ons much like the g0ys do not do anal sex.

To each their own.

Everyone has their own kink and their own fetishes.

Doing things one way kinda gets a little boring. So lots of lesbians try different things really who wants to have a boring shag. Every one likes change and excitement so that's all it is is just change

it doesn't defeat the object...just because a woman can be pleasured internally, doesnt mean we need a man to do the necessary.

personally av never used a strap on but there's a first time for everything....

The strap on thing is more to cater for male orientated porn. They aren't really lesbians you know! I don't think geniune lesbians bother with strap-ons so much.
