to give a good answer we would need to know how you are related.(mother or father) then how it is her cousin. You did NOT say it was your cousin so I would just say it is fine!!! She would be the aunt and a good one I am sure. There would be no chance of birth defects as long as it is not your 1st cousin. Forget all the negative remarks and as long as you are not pregnant yet talk to your doctor about the connection just to make sure there would not be a family gene problem. You can get counseling for this if you choose. Live life and Love

No it would not be gross necessarily. If the cousin is not your cousin then it makes no difference. The child would be a second cousin to your half sister.

the cousin would be nothing to you. she is only your sister because you either share the same father or mother.

With her being your half-sister and not your step-sister, then it is your cousin as well.

Yes that is your cousin as well (I think, depending on what side it is on)... as far as what it would be to your sister.... that would be her niece/nephew and 2nd cousin

It's about birth defects anyway, so if it's not your cousin it doesn't matter.

genetically speaking it would not matter... the genes are far enough apart that the child would be normal.
