I have a long stop (6 hours) over in cairo airport, and would like to stay at a hotel for a few hours and shower & sleep. Do you know where the nearest place to stay is and do the rent rooms for half a day? If not, do other hotels in the area rent rooms for half days? THANKS!!!!!

Check out the Movenpick Hotel, next to Cairo airport. I don't know about half day rents but they are not cheap.
