im goin to see my x at this club for my sisters b.day. i wanna get all fly so she remember how sexy i am. im thinkn black french cuff shirt (tucked in of curse, im grown) a nice jean and some loafers, but im not stuck on that. what should i wear??

Personally, I think that sounds mis-matched. Dressy shirt with sporty pants and informal shoes. It would make me think you didn't know what to wear, and just threw an outfit on.
You want a put-together look. Keep all the items in a similar range of formality. Since it's a club, you should be looking for an informal style. While jeans and shoes are fine for this, try a different shirt. The French cuffs are too much for jeans, and they really need cuff links to look right. Plus, they look bad if you get too hot and wanted to roll the sleeves up for comfort.
A button up shirt is still a great choice, it adds some class to your appearance. Try different fabrics, styles, and/or colors to get a modern look without going too young, or too trendy. While black is a classic, right now the colors for men are red and purple. I'm a huge fan of the banded collar on a man, it's such a hot look that doesn't need any accessorizing to make it work. Try something like this.

Since you are planning on tucking your shirt in, a good choice BTW, get a belt that matches your shoes. Like, if the shoes are black, get a black belt. For one, it's a classic fashion rule than a man's belt and shoes match, and for another, it looks like he knows what he's doing. It give him a finished look that is sexy and sophisticated.
One last thing, if the loafers are slip-ons, make sure they won't slip or come off when you dance. Spending the night readjusting your shoes will ruin any sex appeal you manage with your clothing. You might want to consider shoes that tie on.

wear a really neat belt with an awesome buckle, and tuck the shirt in only in the front to show it off. wear shoes to match the shirt, but not dark jeans.
