Use a runny honey which is good for your skin and add some salt for the exfoliating effect, it works quite well, smells nice and the honey counteracts the drying of the salt so your skin won't dry out.

I love this question! There's quite a few good ones, but the principle is to combine an exfoliant to remove the dead surface cells with some kind of emollient to add moisture to the newly revealed surface skin. You generally work with some kind of fruit for the AHAs, naturally occurring fruit acids that are chemical exfoliants (which cosmetic companies extract with technology and then pass the costs to us), some kind of grainy substance - like ground up nuts or salt or sugar - and something to help it move smoothly over your skin - again the pureed fruit, yogurt or some kind of neutral oil, which then acts as a moisturiser. I began experimenting in my teens and came up with these ones over the years. You may find some more drying, some may make you seem oilier,so give them all a chance depending on your skin type.
1. Combine 1 tablespoon each of sugar, regular cooking oil (olive is best) and honey.
2.Grind a handful of almonds and combine with oatmeal and a few drops of milk
3.Equal amounts of salt and oil.
4.Plain yogurt and oatmeal.
5.A half cup of peaches peeled and pureed, and a tablespoon sugar,
6 .A tablespoon of baking soda with a small dollop of cream
7.Mash up a slice of avacado and 2 tablespoons of baking soda
Give them all a try, you'll have a blast!
KEEP IT REAL :-)

Sugar makes a very good natural scrub. Here's an easy recipe:
mix 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, jojoba oil or almond oil, 2 tbs lemon juice and about 5 drops of orange essential oil (optional). Massage in a circular motion and leave it on for 10-15 minutes, then wash it off.

I have sensitive skin too, and it's really hard for me to find a good scrub that won't leave my face extremely red from the scrub. I use St. Ive's Apricot Scrub for SENSITIVE SKIN. This scrub is gentle enough for every day use too (even though I don't use it every day). I really recommend this product, it also has natural ingredients too.

To make an easy facial scrub at home you could try going to this website...
AyurvedicCure.com
If that doesn't work there are quite a few websites worth looking at by just typing Home Remedies or something like that into Google.
Hope I helped.

Get some porridge oats, honey and natural yogurt and mix together in a bowl until your get a thickish paste and then rub it all over your face and neck for a minute then leave for 10 to 15 minutes then wash off with warm water and pat dry, finish with your usual moisturiser.

its actually better to use a facial peel as scrubs can be very harsh on ur skin and can cause broken viens if they are too rough... watever u use make sure its ground down to almost a powder esp on the face.
