They were immediately relegated. They became human beings and were sent to the Earth as mere mortals first of all to become small, then to grow by learning to cope with their dilemma in real life situations. There were not allowed back into the fold until their proved that they have successfully contained the deadly virus called - SDS, Seven Deadly Sins, and therefore will be fit for higher purposes in existence. You might think this is funny then know that sarcasm is a by-product of this fatal ailment – get real!

Guilty of all but two in my long life. Have never got the hang of envy or covetousness (btw, what's the diff ?)

If I think honestly, the only thing I have been jealous of is those who have or had a father. My dad died when I was a baby, and I have missed him all my life. Even now, as a Very Old Woman, I see a little girl with her daddy, and I feel a bit jealous - silly, isn't it ? But it honestly is the only thing I envy others for.

So, what happened to me after all that Pride, Lust, Gluttony etc ? I learned from them all, and had a wonderful time doing so. Wouldn't change a thing. I'm here, healthy, happy and off the Australia for the winter.

i think that i am very close to having committed all of them. i think that i need gluttony. although i haven't lived for too long (35), since leaving my happy family home in 1989-i haven't really held back. it wasn't as if i went out to do everything under the sun, i was just bored. college wasn't as hard as i expected it to be and i had too much time to do the devil's work in. where has it taken me to: unsatisfied depression. i was married, i had a beautiful family, i had a great job. now i have neither. i still work-but not full time. i am still not married and have chosen not to pursue that avenue again. and my family. well, now it has dwindled to 3 instead of four. it sucks but you know what? in all honesty, i don't think i would change a thing-even my sincerely stupid mistakes, i feel that it was all still part of the path i wanted to take to get me to where i really need to be. i don't have a religious life-but i did keep good morals during the 18 years of parochial studies. I'm a good guy, but sometimes , the sins i committed were well worth it. 6 down, one to go!

I think I'm guilty!

I've taken pride in my appearance
I've envied my friend for having a bigger bit of cake than me
I've been angry at my cat for crapping on my bed
I slothed around on my sofa from one end of the weekend to the other eating Prawn Cocktail Crisps
I've coveted my neighbours goat
I've been a real glutton and eaten three packs of Jaffa Cakes in one sitting
and as for lust... I run out of rabbit batteries on a daily basis!!!

And I'm still here....

Pride, Envy, Anger, Sloth, Covertness, Gluttony and Lust. No mate, they are still all here, and all as relevant as ever.

As for which ones I suffer from, that I know. But its not for the world to share.

I am sure I have been guilty of all of them at one time or another. But I am still here, unpunished.
