the poppy has nothing to do with religion, but to remember those who fought and died in wars!
Where is this argument anyway?
I know now that you are talking about a bunch of bible bashers I never heard of before. They could be doing this for media attention to get publicity as membership numbers are probably low! Looked them up, they go on PRAYER WALKS!
Does this mean they walk on knees with hands together?

Basically noone is safe. If you like to go to work and pay all your taxes and your national insurance contributions, go to church on sunday and raise a family then it will soon be your turn to have some politically correct liberal minded retard have a go at you.
We fought and won two world wars and we remember all those that died serving what was once a great country with a little red poppy. Perhaps it offends cos it should be white, maybe that's racist. Or perhaps it should be pink but then we'd be having a go at gay people.
just dont bother doing anything. dont interfere or get involved with anything or anybody. we're just numbers on a spread sheet. Our youth can't read or write or find they're way around a map, Our pensioners are worthless sponges on society and no one is allowed a say in case it offends someone.
I'm off to France.

Isn't it amazing - there's always some prat ready to poke their two pennorth in ! ! ! It's been good enough for us all to wear RED poppies as a mark of remembrance since 1918 so why the fffffffff should these bloody do-gooders have to creep out of the woodwork and start on about Christianity and white poppies?
Surely everybody realises that men and women of practically all religions have fought and died, so why do we suddenly have this bloody nonsense thrust upon us. Why don't they mind their own bloody business instead of interfering on somebody elses ! ! !

I'm sorry that they're after your poppies. But it's sorta comforting to know that the U.S. isn't the only place where religious crackpots thrive. Yeah, I'm ready to move to Canada except they don't want old fossils like me, they want young entrepreneurs. I'm just 40 years too late....

Yeah i saw that on the news today, there is nothing sacred in this country anymore.
I would like to see the crackpots face the veterans at the Cenotaph on Remembrance Sunday.

It's not new in the 80s they tried to change the colour to white to please the pacifists, they said that red was an emotional colour that reminded people of war and death and that could offend people.
