Summary: Peter Garrett (Chris O'Donnell) must save his sister Annie (Robin Tunney) after she and the rest of her climbing team are trapped on K2, the world's second-highest mountain, on the China-Pakistan border. The weather had turned bad as they ascended the mountain, causing an avalanche and putting their lives in peril. Vertical Limit is the story of Peter's fight for time and Annie's fight for strength.
My view: The story line sounds pretty good, right? Wrong! This movie was horrible. It was so predictable and obviously fake. The scene where one of the characters was hanging on to the edge of a cliff with a pickax and an avalanche just blows right over her was almost funny. Oh, and let's not forget about the nitroglycerin packs that in one scene are so volatile, no one is speaking above a whisper, but in another scene the nitro pack is getting slammed all over the place in a backpack, and it's not a problem at all! A couple of times during the film I found myself laughing because I was so amused by the sheer stupidity of it all !

Well, I know quite a few stupid people, and they've done some crazy things. For instance, I was on a school trip to San Antonio, Texas with school one time, and a group of my friends was trying to cross a busy 4- or 6-way highway. One of my friends just walked right out on the highway and crossed it at a leisurely pace! I thought that wasn't the brightest thing to do! Oh, by the way, she made it across OK.

Not to praise the girl in front of you though she is showing some signs of interest in you.
While moving in a group you do not offer things first to ladies,saying ladies first.
