The girl has got problems - She's after attention saying things like her mum's died. She might have a bad home life. As for fighting, get a grip, you are girls, what the f'#*@'s wrong with you. You think it makes you better than her because you think you can beat her up. I know you say she say's the same about you but rise above it for god's sake. try talking to her, not arguing or putting her down on a one to one basis and ask her why she say's these thing's if you know she is lying, she's hurting real bad for some reason. If you can't or don't want to do this just steer clear of her or ignore her, Be the better person.

Have you spoken to the school Head. If you know that she is spreading lies about you and your friends, then she must be a very lonely person. But you can report her to the Police because it is Slander, but doubt that they will have the time or inclination to sort it. But it might just give her jolt. Ignoring her is best in the long run, getting into a confrontation with her will only boost her ego and you could be the one in trouble.

I don't think you should do anything to her. She's obviously making up all these stories to get attention so the thing that would annoy her the most is if you just ignore her or say "Whatever" to everything. Trust me, it'll work.

Well, first of all, you need to pay attention in spelling class.
Secondly, stay away from the girl who's starting the rumors. Don't talk to her, look at her, go near her. Just ignore her. And that means you and her friends. You're just feeding into all the bullshit. She's just doing it for attention.
