My sister Sue's Suri alpaca Sandra, is also a showoff. Whilst skiing in switzerland last year, she slipped and snapped her shinbone. Surprisingly she soon healed, with the help of a splint, some cellotape and a sonny and cher cd. (she likes them apparently). So in answer to your question, find out what song Andy was humming and get Alan to buy the cd, this coupled with a tongue strap to stop the spitting should do the job.
