is their any way 2 fix one with it still in the car like maybe some kind off paint that is made 4 that kind of material

Not knowing what the liner is doing, makes it tough to answer your question. I have used spray glue, and a curved sewing needle before. Notperty, but it worked.

Ur best bet is to either get the tacks or remove the headliner and reglue new material which can be found at specialty car parts stores. If its an older car be careful of the plastic trim. I replaced the headliner in my old dakota and when I went to put the column piece back it shattered to like 50 pieces. Not a happy camper you could imagine after spending a few hours puting that fabric on the foam insert.

a head liner is just a piece of card board with fabric glued to it. in my experience the best thing to do is remove the whole panel strech the fabric tight or the board and glue it. dont try to staple it in place there are wires usually running across the roof for ur dome light etc.
