I had what felt like ovulation pains and light cramping when I was pregnant. I felt them around the time of implantation, which was right around my expected period. The fact that your breasts are sore too could be an early sign of pregnancy. I would take another hpt tomorrow morning. The level of the hcg hormone produced during pregnancy doubles about every 2-3 days. If it was too low to be detected on the test you took Monday, it will probably be high enough now. If the second hpt comes back negative, then I would make an appointment with your OBGYN and get a blood test to check for sure. Let him/her know you are ttc. If you are not pregnant, there are medications, such as Prometrium (progesterone) that can make you start your period, which will start a new cycle for you. I took it when my period was really late. My OB also gave me Clomid that month to help me ovulate. I conceived that month. It's always best to make an appointment with your OBGYN when ttc. They can run some routine tests to rule out problems, such as hormone imbalances. At the very least you should have an exam and start taking prenatal vitamins while ttc. Best of luck to you.

My complete breasts have been sore in the course of the primary trimester, reason they grew rather slightly. Now that I'm within the moment trimester, the one suffering is in my nipple discipline, even then it comes and is going. I consider it relatively varies from man or woman to man or woman even though.
