I think it is great for you to consider how marvellous the human bodies is, especially breathing. It goes on like it or not. Whether you are awake or not, upset or not, You can't stop it, but for a few seconds because you feel like your lung will burst. Yes. I do consider and am aware of my breathing and what marvels me the most is when I think that each one is given by God. Now, that is a though. When you take that next one, thank God for it, because He still want you here for a reason. Maybe, if you are young you should be a Respirtory Specialist. Good Luck

Breathing. Ironically one of the most necessary & yet unnoticed parts of our being. We take it for granted. Until we lose it. I knew someone whose lung collapsed. He couldn't breathe. It was terrifiying. Luckily he made it to the hospital in time. He didn't take breath for granted for a while after that. He gave up smoking & was grateful to be alive. Of course eventually he got complacent again & started smoking, started taking breathing for granted again.

I don't usually notice my breathing unless it's laboured (after running or exercising & out of breath). Or when I'm doing yoga/meditating & you have to focus on your breath as a relaxation technique.

Breathing...it's something we take for granted, but so essential, ... if we stop breathing, we're dead! But, there are so many things we take for granted...this beautiful planet we live on and abuse so easily, the water we drink, the food we eat. Those things are also essential!

I don't really understand what your asking but i can say that if a person isn't breathing than he/she is dead. Breathing is necessary to live.
