During the Clinton Administration until 1994 when the
Republican Party took control of both Houses!!!!!!!

In 1994, House of Representative Republican Newt Gingrich, of Georgia, led the turnaround of Congress, both House and Senate, from Democrats to Republican. Along with Gingrich was radio commentator Rush Limbaugh, among other Republican leaders who hit the right chord with the masses, thus changing the congress.
