Yes you could. On the first day of menstruation the egg could still be in the tubes. But you probably aren't because that's kinda unusual. Go get a pregnancy test and then you can be sure.

I don't think that you are pregnant.It's a very low chance. And my advice is to avoid sex during your period-- it's not the best time for your body. As from my own experience, if your b-friend or hubby waits for you to be back from the period for a few days, it will do only good-- he'll have more semen and it will be of better quality.
