Will the Oakland A's now be known as the Fremont A's? Has there been any report indicating as much?

They could always do something like the Oakland A's of Fremont, similar to the Los Angeles A's of Anaheim. No one outside the Bay knows where Fremont is, but they do know Oakland.

Fremont A's would take some getting used to. Guess I can put my Oakland jersey away.

They have a deal. now what will they be called? I think it will be san jose A's even though they will be in fremont.
Now I am a Giants fan but I loved the a's as a kid. And I am from fremont. So I will be rooting for both.

I guess they would still be the Oakland A's. Just like the 49ers are moving to Santa Clara, 30 miles south of SF...I still think they'll be the San Francisco 49ers, but who knows.

it's quite possible that they will be called the fremont a's just like the 49ers might be called the santa clara 49ers

It looks like they will move there, but they will probably stay the Oakland A's for appeal. By the way, why is thier stadium gonna be only 36,000 seats?
