i have a 220 line to a stove i want to move a refrig to that location. can i use the same line

You can drop it down by changing the breaker to a 20amp single pole breaker and only connect the black, white, and green wires to the circuit panel (basically leave the red wire loose and cap the end so it doesn't accidently touch another part of the panel).

Then you will need to find a receptacle that can take such a large guage wire. Typically stove wire is 6 guage which is really thick. Your normal house receptacle is on 12 or 14 gauge.

Personally I would just abandon the stove wire in the wall and run a new wire from the panel to a new receptacle where your refrigerator will be. You can even use the old wire as a guide so that you know where the receptacle is from the basement.

No you can not. You must run a new line for the frig. 110 Volt and 14/2 cable with a 15 amp. breaker.

yes,first change 220 breaker to a single pole 110 breaker at least a 20 amp,also you have to change the outlet

I believe that violates the electrical code. In fact I think a refrigerator needs its own 120 volt circuit without even any other outlets on it. Kitchens are weird that way.

Yes, just use black and white and cap the red.
