Oh no honey what a nightmare... I'm not sure to be honest... Is your husband funny about sex whilst on your period or do you not like the idea... Its not actually that bad and I found I was a bit more turned on by it and has just as much fun... only you two need to know, get some towels down

There is a product called Instead that is a rubber cup similar to a diaphragm. It's used instead of pads and tampons. This is what I have always used. I also place a pad underneath, just in case.

I just lay down a towel or even have fun in the shower/bath. My husband just see's this as extra lubrication. Aunt Flo doesn't ruin the wkend. Just have fun!!! I also had no idea that there were items on the market to "prevent."

Nothing you can wear, but go ahead, have sex.
It won't hurt either of you, might be a bit messy.
If you are taking BCP (birth control pills) you can start a pack early or take them longer and shorten your period.

If I were you I would just tell him I have my period then I would lay with a towel under me to protect the sheets and........
Otherwise if you are on the pill then you can skip the placebos and go to the new pack. that will cause you to skip a period.
