BSNL never not closly looking i to the convenience of customer. No where they mention the e mail adress for giving a complaint. It is difficult to meat the nearest cutomer service. many times i faced the situationof getting unsatisfatory answer from the bsnl emplyees. It is more difficult to get a proper reply throu interactive phones. Why not they entertain a complaint registering facility through email and monitor on the resolved complaits every day. Recently i have opted for 10pisa /mt option given one cellone number and one land line number of BSNL. Tey did not sent a massage the two numbers are considered or not. Whether i can use the facility are not. the bill came with out any details. But they sent somany business improving messages untill the memory card is exhausted. They did not look in to the reality which messages are more important and can be calrified without approaching them. Why not they impro the system for more user freindly. I request the freinds to i advice me.

Try looking up the concerned telecom website. For me it is 'keralatelecom.com' look for the BSNL or sancharnet or concerned telecom website. There you can give feedback , complaints etc. Remember , most of the times there emails are not likely to work. Look for a place on the site where you can post complaints , where you will be given a ref/docket number.

You are right BSNL has the worst customer service. Their web site is dedicated to their self-appreciation and publishing about their bosses. You will not find any link for booking your complaints.

Some one may please ask them why do'nt they provide broadband internet connection on line to their permanent customers, who have their landline phones.

dont send it via email. why not? becos they can pretend they havent received it. this is a govt company. it works in a different way

print out your complaints letter
xerox 2 copies
take it to the nearby office
get them to stamp their acceptance on both
and keep a stamp copies yourself
