I had a very vivid dream last night that I had a baby. It was a girl, she was so cute, she was 15.6" long and weighed 9lbs4oz. I can tell you just about everything about the birth, and after. It was a very happy occasion, my husband and 3 other children were there, along w/ my MIL and some family friends. SO what does this mean??? Its was just SO real and vivid.

I don't know much about your life but I can tell you what some of the symbols in your dream mean.

You have a dream of experience you once had. Having dream of something you have already done, in your case, pregancy often means that you want to trace back the happy moment of giving birth.
Yes, it is joyful and good. You may not want more children. However, that dream only indicates your desire of going back of the time of giving birth. Perhaps there are something missing or you don't feel enough bringing up your 3 kids. You subconsciously wanted to go back and do it all over to make up something you think it is complete in reality. It could be kids' education, needs. You probably have some guilt conscience about certain kid that he/she does not have what you expect. It could be talents, features. I was told if you dream about a birth, there will be a death. If you dream about a death, there will be a birth.
However I just do not have the information to back it up.

you may have just ate something like CHEESE that did this to you- then as a mother of 3 you know 15" is short and small- How about maybe you had a cramp in your sleep and you thought you were in labor?
