your uterus should be coming out of your pelvis at around 12weeks if you know what to feel for then yes you may be able to.
however a doctor or midwife should be able to feel it now.

Hay, Im 12 weeks a million day! and i will be able to consider my uterus however best among my pelvic bone! im to very bloated and although i appear like i've a bump i believe its simply bloating!! Probably not. It is just a expanding little bit above your pelvic bone. In a few weeks, your doctor or midwife should show you where to put your hands to feel the top of your stretching uterus.

I neve found that I could feel my uterus itself, but at about 20 weeks I could feel its inhabitant moving around!
