if the indian team can reach the finals of the world cup in south africa then why cant they beat south africa

Since cricket is a game of uncertainties, nothing can be predicted for sure about the outcome of a tournament in advance. However, taking into consideration the present form of both the teams and also considering the fact that South Africa have home advantage, it will be a herculian task for India to win the ODI series against South Africa though they may win some matches..

South African's know very well how Indian's performed in the Champions trophy. Definately they will captialise it and they will try to kill our team.
This is the testing time for coach Greg Chappel and captain Rahul Dravid. Let them prove their mettle in this series. Lets see how they will perform.......!!!!!!

depends on how the top order of indian team plays and depends a lot on sehwag and sachin. bad news is that yuvi is not fit for the series so its a shock to all of us... bowlers have to be consistent...
