Depends on what you mean by "Crazy", sometimes, people who have diabetes, get "crazy" symptoms, such as confusion, uncontrolled movements, staring............usually when their blood sugars have dropped to a dangerous level, which eating helps. If this is unexplained, maybe blood sugar levels should be checked for starters. If this is the case, you will learn to recognize when your blood sugars are dropping, and yes eating helps.
