hey I just bought the Emachine T5048. but it doesnt come with any real instructions about the programs?

on the computer like dvd burner or player. its like you got to search around to see what it can do. i called the tech support about how to burn dvds because the dvd drive is a disk burner and the rep didnt even know how to do it?! help what should i do about learning all the programs and such

The computer makers get paid to put software on the new systems, you would think they would at least throw in a quick start guide.

The best way, is to Google the questioned software, get to their homepage an go from there. With any luck, there will be a PDF file you can store on your system for future use.
