Hmmmm.....tough to say because the people whom we want to bring charges against are the law makers themselves. There is a strong reason for putting up charges agains Bush and Blair in the Internation Criminal Court (some people didn't know the full form here) or Cour internationale de Justice/ International court of jusitce. Both these two have waged an illegal war (as per the United Nations charter on going to conflict and war) and both have violated some serious international laws
In UK some people already tried to bring charges against Blair.
But here we are talking about fighting against big countries and powerful people...every country has done some or the other wrong thing...China's government is blamed for gross Human Rights abuses, Indian government for supporting the terrorist organizations like LTTE in Sri Lanka and Maoist terrorists in Nepal and many others in South Asia...but hmmm...
We don't live in a perfect world and people can run away from the crime as long as they have the power and occupy the places that matter.

The Democrats will bring new charges against George Bush when they find out they f - -ked up everything themselves in the next two years. They will bring no changes except higher taxes, lost jobs, and who knows what else. Look for finger pointing at George Bush just like you are doing now. The Democrats are nothing but a bunch of losers.

There's no cause for charges of "Crimes Against Humanity". Stupidity and mismanagement, as far as I know, is not a crime.
Though I'm not really sure if that should be an accepted defence for a political leader.
He could be accused of Fraud- falsifying evidence, although that's really tricky as no one believed his evidence anyway leading to the Iraq invasion. "Mobile Chemical Laboratories"? Don't make me laugh- surely no serious research could be done in trucks driving around in the desert.

Oh, that's right, he IS torturing people. I guess that would be crimes against humanity, then. However, it is not credible that he will be sentenced on such grounds, as torture is prevalent in many places, not only the US.

The problem with this question is that the definition of "International Crime" Is defined by whether you live under Sharia Law or not.
It's doubtful Bush will ever see charges and if he does only the muslims and liberal wackos will care.

Bush has tried very hard to make it difficult to have him taken out of the country to face charges!
Will he be charged? I believe he will, especially for torture and secret torture camps! Also for the failure to protect Iraqi's after we took the country!
Bush should be tried and he should be convicted!
Ronald Reagan was convicted in Abstentia for Iran/ Contra!
Give me all the thumbs down you want! I want Bush impeached as well!

I would think Bush and Blair would be commended by the ICC, and the world, for removing Hussein, don't you?

If they are not a participating country, I suppose you can charge them, but no one's going to show up.
