We have this style of question a lot, and you've got the idea the wrong way around.
Good businesses come out of good products or services, not the other way around.
Starting with the premise that you want to run your own business will not cut it. You need to be having floods of ideas, if you have a good one thats viable, that will be the time to think about setting up a business.

I have a couple of ideas. A business completing errands (grocery shopping, gift shopping, pets to the vet) for busy professionals seems easy if you are in an affluent area or close by. If you were good in school and went to or are in college, a tutoring business could be an idea. Afterschool care for children (may need licenses and insurance though) or a cleaning service. Avon, Mary Kay representatives can do well. Beware of work at home schemes though. If it sounds too good to be true or if it costs money, they aren't for real. Good Luck!

Generally a business won't succeed unless the owner knows their product inside out and has a passion for it. What is your passion? What do you love and know everything about? That's your business idea.

Although much has been said, I knew that you have a lot of ideas before this question. Then, have a focus, go straight to one particular plan which you already have. It is also depend on your country and what is obtainable in terms of buying, selling, manufacturing, etc. i wish you luck.

Really depends on what you like doing. For example if you enjoy parties, then become a wedding planner or a party planner.

Take five things that you enjoy alot example.
Scrapbooking, waterskiing, skydiving, travelling, computers
You must be passionate about it, if you not then you will not make it, enjoy what you do and the money will enjoy rolling in
