i used to be overweight, then i eat less n less n look alot thinner(i lost about 15 pounds) except my arms n stomach. also my body fat in the other parts of my body is still ther(althou u may not see it,but u can feel it when u pinch me or touch me.u can never feel any muscle,theyre so soft)
could someone plz suggest me some workout to reduce body fat from whole body n to get rid of my scary flabby jiggly arms, i feel so sad when ppl laugh at me about tht

get some small weights, the sort you velcro to ankles or wrists, then you can wear them while your doing the housework, or while your doing starjumps, go swimming thats an all over body excersise, just stretch a lot too.

Lift weights to built muscles--if you use light weights then you will tone your muscles, heavy weights you will build muscle.

You can also try getting a personal trainer.

Your going to have to lift weights. When you build muscle it burns fat faster than fat itself.
