I think it's up tp the company where they apply to lay their cables. I know in our area they have it in some streets not others which seems ridiculous. Perhaps you could ring them and ask if there are any plans to install cable in your area in the near future? Maybe if enough people enquire from a certain area they will consider installing there?

The company has to ealize a profit in that area. With so many going to satitlite, it becomes harder to get cable, even though they do run better ads. In way out laying areas like we are in, we poor reception even from a TV antenna on the roof, they really charge us for satilite. Our town is 150 prople, cable will never even look at us.

I live on a new build site and cable has not been laid! I have enquired to have cable installed but as not enough interest has not been shown then they will not install in our area.

if they haven't laid cables in your'e area you will not be able to get cable, contact cable compay, if they have laid cables just go through a small crdit check and they will instill cable for you
