Rudeness and trying to take the longest route. My friend will no longer tip for bad service and if the driver is absolutely rude, well, she will get out and does not close the door. Why slam it.....let him have to get out and close it. This is only done when they are rude and trying to rip you off. I had a cab driver in the winter spinning his tires on purpose. That is a very old trick in order to get the meter clicking over and over to make your cost really high.

Never, I learned how to deal with bad cab drivers - refuse to pay, tell them to call a cop, tell the cop where you got picked up and where you want to go, but it won't get that far because the cab driver will lose his license, they give in real easy - never get taken for a ride again

i've got had a pair.
