I think maybe it is just locked or something , How can I go about to unlock it. I have tried numlock. it did not work.

possibly a dry joint on circuit board, (keyboards) are generally cheap to buy these days.

the first guy is smoking crack ... call your operator.....
Sometimes the stuff inside the keyboard moves, unscrew the back of it and line everything up, if that doesn't work it is broken and you require a new one. They are only like 8 dollars now if you just want your average keyboard and go up from there if you want the additional buttons and wireless.
